Returns & Exchanges

At Kentucky Ballistics, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your package is tracked.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the shipping label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
